Return policy

Returning a product purchased from www.negrinisrl.com is simple.

If you purchased as a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, in whole or in part, within 14 days of delivery of the product, without having to provide any reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, nor in the other cases provided for under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by completing the withdrawal form available on this page and sending it to the following email address: e.com@negrinisrl.com.

This does not affect your right to exercise the right of withdrawal by means of any other explicit statement, in accordance with Article 54 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Once your request has been received, our Customer Service Department will process it and contact you to arrange the return of the product, providing you with all the necessary instructions.

Returning the product

The costs of returning the product shall be borne by the consumer, except in the case of non-conforming or defective products.

The product must be returned within 14 days of notification of the withdrawal and must be complete with all accessories supplied, if any.

Refund

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, negrini shall refund all payments received within 14 days.

The refund may be withheld until the product has been received or until the consumer has provided proof of having returned the product, whichever occurs first.

The refund shall be made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the consumer.

The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
