OUR SHIPPING RATES
Negrini S.r.l.'s shipping rates are calculated per package. A package can contain multiple items, but no more than 5.
The costs are automatically calculated during the online ordering process.

Shipments for Italy
Shipping costs for Italy are €2.80 for small items that can fit in an envelope the size of an A4 document and €9.50 for each package with maximum dimensions up to 120 cm in length.
For packages with larger measurements, the costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process.
For total orders over €70.00, shipping is free, except for payment on delivery, in which case a fixed cost of €8.50 per order is always added.

For total orders over €290.00, shipping is free.

Shipments for Outside Europe
For total orders over €650.00, shipping is free.

Shipping costs and free shipping vary depending on the product and the amount purchased.

OUR DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product.

In general:

items in P.P. from the Essential line are shipped between 48 and 72 working hours;
items in P.P. external with ABS interior from the Hybrid line, are shipped within 3/9 working days;
thermoformed ABS items, part of The Original, Intermediate, Luxury, and Grand Luxury lines, have delivery times ranging from 5 days to 20 days. This is because each item is custom-made at the time of order. For this product line, color customization can be requested.

Each product has an indicative delivery time, which is respected except for unforeseen circumstances or closure periods. During the summer holidays and Christmas, deliveries are stopped. A message with the dates of production stoppage is highlighted on the homepage.
In the case of an order with products having different delivery times, unless specified by the Customer, a single shipment will be made when all ordered items are available.

OUR DELIVERY AREAS
Negrini S.r.l. delivers throughout Italy, Europe, and the rest of the world, except for the United States of America, for which please refer to the website www.negrinicases.com.

MANAGEMENT OF RETURNS
Returning or replacing a product purchased on the website www.negrinisrl.com is always possible and very simple.

According to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments:

The private consumer buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of the Product, which allows him to cancel all or part of his order and to return the Product at his own expense. This option is not applicable to Products manufactured according to the buyer's specifications, personalized products, or those which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the buyer must download the withdrawal form below, fill it out, and send it to the email address e.com@negrinisrl.com or by registered mail with return receipt to Negrini S.r.l., Via Cortesa 29/A, 46026 QUISTELLO (Mantova).

The request will be immediately forwarded to the customer service, who will contact the buyer to organize the return of the product and indicate the procedure to follow, which differs depending on the original shipping method.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in the case of non-conformity of the items.

The buyer will be refunded, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised, the full amount paid, provided that the Product has been returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and equipped with all its accessories.
