The Essential line

These are suitcases made of injection-molded Polypropylene (P.P.).

The Essential line perfectly fulfills not only the function of packaging to safely transport the contents from the manufacturer to the end customer, but also adds the value of durability and unique design, which accompanies the product throughout its life.
It is therefore suitable for daily use, to move or maintain equipment in complete practicality.
It is the line created for large numbers, containing costs to the maximum.

A wide range of models takes shape in this line, in order to have an answer for every need.
Customization is the strength of our service: it is possible to choose various colors, a custom-shaped interior, and the possibility to insert your own logo in various ways.

The Essential line is therefore divided into two main macro-categories:


 

MEMBRANA

1. GAMMA ENTRY LEVEL

Part of this category are the MEMBRANE suitcases characterized by a closure known as "membrane", which holds the lid and the bottom together in a single shell. Despite being an entry-level line, quality is a priority. First-choice materials are used, and attention to detail is crucial: the membrane has been reinforced to ensure virtually unlimited use.
Printed in millions of pieces, which certify its commercial success and customer favor, the series with a membrane base is an ideal suitcase for small and medium sizes.

2. ECONOMIC RANGE

This series includes the SEC line, the ISY line, and the new DCL line.
It encompasses all medium and large-sized Polypropylene suitcases that differ based on the various locks installed. This category is characterized by greater robustness and resistance compared to the Membrane category. In addition to being made with excellent quality materials, like all our suitcases, it allows for large-scale production which ensures their cost-effectiveness.

The main difference compared to membrane suitcases is the increased security, guaranteed by the fact that each suitcase is secured by steel pins that join the bottom and the lid at the back, and by locks designed and manufactured internally specifically for each model to safely protect the contents and prevent accidental opening of the suitcase.

It is precisely based on the different locks that the type of suitcases in the economical range can be determined:

This line is characterized by a sliding lock called Slider.
The standard slider lock can be replaced upon request with a combination slider, so as to have greater security even for air travel. This combination slider can be purchased already mounted on the suitcase or separately in a blister pack.

ISY


Line characterized by a lock called Push&Pull, as the name suggests, to open it you need to push by pressing with your finger on the lock, and then pull. It is mounted on small and medium-sized suitcases. It can be replaced by a lock with a key, which can be requested already mounted or can be purchased later, making the change is extremely simple.

This is our most recent project designed for large suitcases, featuring a draw lock, which can also be replaced with a combination lock or a key lock.
