OUR SHIPPING RATES
Negrini S.r.l.'s shipping rates are calculated per package. A package can contain multiple items, but no more than 5.
The costs are automatically calculated during the online ordering process.

Shipments for Italy
Shipping costs for Italy are €2.80 for small items that can fit in an envelope the size of an A4 document and €9.50 for each package with maximum dimensions up to 120 cm in length.
For packages with larger measurements, the costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process.
For total orders over €70.00, shipping is free, except for payment on delivery, in which case a fixed cost of €8.50 per order is always added.

Shipments for Europe
For total orders over €290.00, shipping is free.

Shipments for Outside Europe
For total orders over €650.00, shipping is free.

Shipping costs and free shipping vary depending on the product and the amount purchased.

OUR DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product.

In general:

items in P.P. from the Essential line are shipped between 48 and 72 working hours;
items in P.P. external with ABS interior from the Hybrid line, are shipped within 3/9 working days;
thermoformed ABS items, part of The Original, Intermediate, Luxury, and Grand Luxury lines, have delivery times ranging from 5 days to 20 days. This is because each item is custom-made at the time of order. For this product line, color customization can be requested.

Each product has an indicative delivery time, which is respected except for unforeseen circumstances or closure periods. During the summer holidays and Christmas, deliveries are stopped. A message with the dates of production stoppage is highlighted on the homepage.
In the case of an order with products having different delivery times, unless specified by the Customer, a single shipment will be made when all ordered items are available.

OUR DELIVERY AREAS
Negrini S.r.l. delivers throughout Italy, Europe, and the rest of the world, except for the United States of America, for which please refer to the website www.negrinicases.com.

Returning a product purchased from www.negrinisrl.com is simple.

If you purchased as a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, in whole or in part, within 14 days of delivery of the product, without having to provide any reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, nor in the other cases provided for under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by downloading, completing and submitting the withdrawal form to the following email address: e.com@negrinisrl.com.

This does not affect your right to exercise the right of withdrawal by means of any other explicit statement, in accordance with Article 54 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Once your request has been received, our Customer Service Department will process it and contact you to arrange the return of the product, providing you with all the necessary instructions.

Returning the product

The costs of returning the product shall be borne by the consumer, except in the case of non-conforming or defective products.

The product must be returned within 14 days of notification of the withdrawal and must be complete with all accessories supplied, if any.

Refund

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, negrini shall refund all payments received within 14 days.

The refund may be withheld until the product has been received or until the consumer has provided proof of having returned the product, whichever occurs first.

The refund shall be made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the consumer.

The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
