SHIPPING RATES
The shipping rates applied by Negrini S.r.l. are calculated by pack. Although a pack can contain several items, 5 is the total number of items admitted in a pack.
The shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of the online order.

Shipments to European countries
Order totals exceeding 290.00€ are shipped free of charge.

Shipments to countries outside Europe
For total orders over € 650.00 shipping costs are free except for the countries Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Philippines and Malaysia where transport is never free.

Shipments to Russia country
Is not possible to deliver in that area, because the Embargo.

Shipment costs and free-of-charge deliveries are dependent on the product type and the order total.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary according to the product type.
Generally, the following conditions apply:

• PP items from the Essential line are shipped in between 48 and 72 working hours;
• items with a PP exterior and an ABS interior from the Hybrid line are delivered within around 3 to 9 working days;
• thermoformed items made of ABS from the The Original, Intermediate, Deluxe and Premium lines are delivered in between 5 to 20 days. The lead times above are due to the fact that each product is made to measure after the order. Colour customisation can be requested for this line of products.

An indicative delivery time is specified for each product, which is normally adhered to, unless unexpected inconveniences occur or in the holiday season. Deliveries are disrupted during the summer and Christmas holidays. A message appears on the Home page to warn about the production disruption dates.

If the customer’s order includes items with different delivery times, the goods are delivered in one single shipment as soon as all the ordered items are ready, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
